Standard Features
Our standard features explain what features are standard with each home's base price and amenities in any given community. There are five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. These levels go from the most basic house to a truly custom-built house.Each community has different levels designated for it and they include the minimum features that homes in those communities can offer. Homes can be upgraded one level higher in any community (subject to additional costs).
